What are your opening hours ?
 
'We don't have any! Of course we have office hours, but outside these we will see you at any reasonable time - evenings and weekends included. We will meet with you at our office, in your home or any other suitable location."

I am happy with my current lender, can you still help me ?
 
'Yes. We are happy to deal with your choice of lender or advise on the most suitable. Either way, you will still receive the full FPM service.'

How do you make your money ?
 
'We receive a commission for arranging your necessary life assurance requirements, in just the same way as the banks and building societies do. If you do not require any cover, we will still receive a 'procuration' fee, payable by the Lender. There are some circumstances where we will charge a fee, but this is not our usual policy.

Do we get the same rates as the high street branches of banks and building societies ?
 
'The same rates but with far better choice. We have all the same products offered from a range of 86 mortgage lenders. We have also developed exclusive products and pa
ckages, only available from us.'

Will the mortgage be suitable for the full term ?
 
'Yes. Our service is ongoing, we pride ourselves on maintaining a close relationship with our clients. We will monitor your mortgage, if it is suitable to switch to another lender in the future we will advise you.'
